These terms apply to your use of urbanarcproperties.com (the “site”), operated by Urban Arc Properties, LLC (“Urban Arc”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using the site

You may browse the site and contact us for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or republish site content or listing data for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• interfere with the site’s security or operation, or try to access areas you aren’t authorized to;
• submit false information or use our forms to send spam.

Homes, prices & listings

• Photos, renderings, floor plans, site plans, square footages and specifications are for illustration. Homes as built may differ, and plans and features may change without notice.
• Prices, incentives and availability can change at any time and aren’t an offer to sell. Only a signed purchase agreement is binding.
• Listing information for homes for sale comes from the HAR MLS via CitiQuest Properties and is credited to the listing office. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and is updated periodically, so it may not reflect the latest status.
• Mortgage estimates are for illustration only, aren’t a loan offer, and depend on your lender, credit, taxes and insurance.
• School, neighborhood and drive-time information is provided as a courtesy; please verify it independently.

The warranty summary on our Express Warranty page is for convenience. Your coverage is defined only by the warranty booklet assigned to your home at closing.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. It isn’t legal, financial, tax or real estate advice. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Urban Arc isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Third-party links

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
