Our commitment

Urban Arc Properties is committed to making urbanarcproperties.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We continually improve the experience for all visitors and apply recognized accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The site is built with HTML, CSS and a small amount of JavaScript, and works with current browsers and assistive technologies.

What we’ve done

• Every page is checked with automated WCAG 2.2 AA testing at phone and desktop sizes before it’s published.
• All functionality works with a keyboard, with visible focus and a “skip to content” link.
• Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Text meets contrast requirements, and the site respects your “reduce motion” setting.
• Photo galleries, menus and forms are labelled for screen readers, and form errors are announced.

Known limitations

• Some downloadable PDFs (warranty booklets, spec sheets) were produced by third parties and may not be fully accessible. We’ll provide the information in another format on request.
• Embedded maps, videos and 3D tours come from third-party providers whose accessibility we don’t control. Addresses are always shown as text next to each map.
• Listing photos and descriptions from the MLS are provided by listing offices and may have limited image descriptions.
